EMBODIED ASTROLOGY

Learn astrology and your natal chart in a mindful 12-week process that includes theory and practical applications - both taught in the 2-hr min class. In the first hour of each class you will learn the archetypes of each Modality, element, zodiac sign, planet and house. In the second hour you will learn how you can bring that energy into your daily life. We will go over mindfulness activities, meditations, dance movements, yoga poses, crystal recommendations and more so you can learn to embody the energy of all the zodiacs signs in your own unique way. We cover a lot with the practical applied component and there is always option of take it or leave it with the practices and picking your favourite to take with you.
