HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR EARTH ELEMENT 🌎How many planets in your natal chart do you have in earth 👀If you have a lot you might be experts at these things but might get stuck sometimes (call on your water sign friends or water activities to help.) If you don't have a lot or any earth in your natal chart this list might feel challenging but you should try to tap into it because it might be your missing element! My missing element is Fire and discovering this has helped me greatly in balancing my own personal yin vs yang energetics.
I highly suggest looking at your natal chart on astro.com and counting the elements through your planet placements and find your missing element. I can do a video on this if your like, "Lisa, how do I do that??" Also, I highly suggest earthing, just standing or walking in the dirt to help ground you. That is beneficial for us all regardless of elemental placements!
