Important Policies:

  • All sessions and courses are non-refundable and non-transferrable once payment is made.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, our session will be considered void. 🙏

Please note that this readings focus on YOU and is not the same as:

  • Synastry readings (for your biz, relationship, child, etc),

  • Transit predictions (pregnancy, lucky 'career' times, etc),

  • Relocation / Astrocartography (travel or moving to a different country, etc),

  • Solar return readings (your birthday / year ahead)

How A Reading Works:

1 - Make sure you have your exact time, date & location of birth before booking a session.

2 -Choose a time slot that works best for you and confirm payment. Clear your schedule and get ready to dive in! On my end, I will prepare your chart based on the unique birth data you've shared with me.

3 - On the day of our reading, we'll log onto Zoom. After saying hi, we'll keep our videos on so I can share your chart with you. I will share the story of your natal chart to you in an empowering way, giving you space to reflect, respond and have a conversation.

4 - After the session ends, I'll email you a confidental Google Drive Link within 48hrs that contains:

  • A copy of your natal chart (PNG)

  • A video recording of our session (MP4)

  • Your 'homework' & next steps

The link does not expire but you can download your files for safe keeping.

✶ Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy ✶

All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferrable once payment is made.

RESCHEDULING

In the event of emergency / clashing appointments, please reach out to me via email (lisa@lisakissastrology.com) ASAP. You may reschedule your session with a only if there is an emergency and accommodations are made on a case by case basis.

NO-SHOWS

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to our session, you will be marked as a “no-show”.

  • There are no refunds or rescheduling options available for no-shows.

CANCELLATION

  • All readings are non-refundable and non-transferrable once booked, due to the time-intensive nature of preparing for a reading. Please be extra sure this is not financially prohibitive for you, and you can commit to the time & date before booking.

By signing up for a reading, you acknowledge that you do not hold me, the astrologer, liable for anything that might arise for you as a result of this consultation. Astrology is an ancient art and the astrologer is a translator; not a medical / licensed professional. You are fully responsible for your own well-being before, during and after our consultation. Engage mindfully, and take care!
