Start a new ritual with a 40-minute session featuring a fully guided meditation experience, oracle cards, journalling and/or astro insights. New mindfulness and meditation techniques are explored each week.
Wednesday's in astrology are ruled by Mercury, the planet that rules our mind. Find a moment during the middle of the day, after or during your lunch, to bring peace into your mind. Practices are simple for everyone to participate, even if you have never meditated before. Each practice is not long so you can get back to your day but more mindfully and calm.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT rooted with the moon phases
This all levels class is here to ground everyone no matter if you are a beginner yogi or experienced. In each class, we will move at a slow pace, mindfully through each movement. Some poses are held longer to allow you to connect deeper to your breath and sink deeper into your body. Postures in this class are meant to stretch and strengthen the body while reducing stress and calming the mind.
No yoga experience is required.
Please bring your mat and any props (Bolster, Blocks, Strap, Blanket) you may need.
