Get started embodying mindfulness and building a consistent practice. The goal is to get you meditating. Bringing in a moment of pause and focus one day per week. The purpose of this offering is holding space for integration into your daily life.
Please bring what you need to be comfortable. Recommended to bring a yoga mat, towel, cushion, water, sunscreen and/or a sweater depending on the weather. If it is raining a rain date will be provided for the class based on the owners schedule.
